Description

This aluminum, super efficient, roof vent hood is designed specifically for venting the dryer through the roof. Besides the efficiency advantage this vent hood provides substantial defenses to bird and rodent penetration. From the Dryerbox? people, this vent is considered to be the most efficient roof vent on the market, constructed of non-corrosive metal and features a damper that is virtually impenetrable to birds and rodents. The airflow conduit increases 25% through the DryerJack providing a minimal delta of just .12 inches of water column pressure. Note: Not recommended for use with high-profile roof tiles like Barrel or S-Tile.

	Perfect solution
	This item is the best through the roof dryer vent that I was able to find. Installed rather easily and works great. The collar could have been a little bit longer to facilitate easier attachment to the duct, otherwise, a great product.

	Nice Vent Cap
	My home is one of the "cookie cutter" rushed homes from the early 80's. I am surprised that my dryer duct passed city inspection. It has 22 feet of ducting through the roof with (4) 90 degree elbows. I needed all the help I could get, so I went with the Dryer Jack. My system breaths alot easier now since I replaced the old cap with the Dryer Jack. It is easy to install. I think my total setup and repair time was about an hour or so. The job might take longer if your shingles are old and brittle.

	Good vent, great value.
	This vent was very easy to install, works like a charm, and has great efficiency. When I did receive it though, there was some glue substance on it when there shouldn't be. But that is against the quality control, not the vent itself.
